I’M BREANNA
I am the CEO and founder of The M3 Method®, Fitness Nutrition Specialist (FNS), Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Registered Yoga Teacher (200 RYT), retired bikini professional, and Glute Squad Stronglifting athlete.
Transitioning beyond strength and physique into inner health, stemmed from a point of unbearable suffering and a deep desire to pull myself out of an extremely dark place. I began educating myself, exploring the world, living life more intentionally with my thoughts and actions. Thus, having reshaped my entire reality.
I’m a firm believer in finding remedies and roadmaps that work for YOU! I understand, now, that this path led me to empowerment in being able to share my experience of transforming pain into joy and provide a comprehensive roadmap to true transformation.
With my gathered knowledge and experience, I am creating more than just a coaching program. This is deep inner and outer work on Self that reflects every area of your life.

WHO THIS PROGRAM IS FOR

Module 1 - SOMATIC
Somatics is a holistic approach to health and wellness that focuses on mind-body connection. It involves awareness and movement practices that help individuals become more attuned to their internal sensations, emotions, and physical experiences. Exercises in this module include body scanning, breathwork, visualization, strength training, and cardiovascular conditioning.
Module 4 - EMOTIONAL
Improving emotional health in this module involves becoming aware of one's emotions, learning how to manage them effectively, and transforming negative emotional patterns into positive ones. Exercises for emotional change include emotional awareness, cognitive restructuring, regulation of the nervous system, perspective shifting, and expressive writing.
Module 2 - UNCONSCIOUS
The unconscious refers to the part of the mind that operates outside of conscious awareness. It encompasses thoughts, memories, feelings, and desires that are not actively in our conscious mind but still influence our behavior, emotions, and perceptions. Practices related to the unconscious include dream analysis, journaling, meditation, and mindfulness.
Module 5 - MENTAL
Bettering your mental health means tuning into the state of the emotional, psychological, and social areas of your life. It affects how you think, feel, and act. Thus influencing how you handle stress, relate to others, and make decisions. Practices implemented in this module include strategies from ikigai, human design, enneagram, and the OODA loop.
Module 3 - BEHAVIOURAL
Behavioral health refers to the adoption of new responses to stimulus and habits that influence behavior, including thoughts, actions, emotions, and environmental triggers. Establishing concrete behavioral change in this module includes goal setting, self-monitoring, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and habit stacking.
Module 5 - ENVIRONMENTAL
Optimizing the outer health of your environment signifies the interactions in communities between the people you interact with and their environment. Creating a sustainable, thriving environment involves aiming to promote health at a greater level, strengthen your support system, and address health or resource disparities at the community level. This includes tangible experiences such as simple adventures, acts of service, participating in local events, and volunteer projects.

Inner health coaching focuses on improving overall well-being by addressing mental, emotional, AND physical health. This includes personalized guidance, support, and accountability on nutrition, exercise, stress management, and mindfulness practices to help clients achieve their life-changing goals.

You will receive access to your transformation guide as soon as you sign up. Because your training and nutrition plan are custom designed by our coaches, it may take up to 48 hours to have your entire blueprint ready in the training app.

Through the Fitness app that you will install by invitation either on your phone or tablet, as well as using the workbook alongside the transformation guide. I will also ask for key measurements and photos throughout the course of our journey together, so we can keep a close eye on your progress and ensure you are on track to achieve and maintain your goal in the healthiest way possible.
